It shouldn’t be GIVEN to either. It should be available to both to wear in special occasions. Their wedding Day especially. This way it will be shared with ALL of Diana’s grandchildren and great grandchildren to come. 💕

I would say Charlotte over Lillibet only because Lillibet is not being raised as a royal and aoparentlly has no contact with Diana’s family. So sad. I hope William and Harry can reunite and enjoy each other as brothers again. 😢

Lilibit lives in the US, where would she wear a tiara in California? Charlotte will wear because the royal family attends many formal events in which tiaras are considered appropriate.

It belongs to the Spencer's, hence the name SPENCER TIARA. William's children may be allowed to wear it for a marriage but it will be passed down the Spencer family. MeAgain has absolutely no claim to it, nor do her fake children.
