California husky’s sweet secret revealed

Our dog Emma, a Maltese had her spot on the opposite end of the couch from me. All of a sudden she started laying on my lap or right next to me constantly. A couple of months later I found a lump in my breast which turned out to be cancer. She continued this behavior through surgery, chemo, and radiation. After all of this Emma went back to her spot on the couch. Last fall before her death, she had started this protective behavior again. I had wondered if my cancer had returned; but, we blew it off since it had been 7 years. A couple of months after her death I was hospitalized numerous times for unexplained bleeding and kidney problems. This spring I was once again diagnosed with cancer.

I went out with a less-than-decent so-called "man" 🤣, I only found this out later, but my FOUR cats came into the living room and lined up and stared MALICIOUSLY at him like he was the DEVIL until he (finally) left. Then they jumped up on me and meowed and licked my face like crazy for about five minutes! Like they were cleansing him off of me 🤣. Just a short time later I found out that he was a woman- and child-abuser 🤬! They were trying to protect me ❤️

When I brought our new baby girl home and laid her in the bassinet, my female Indian Beagle ( white and tan with green eyes) got on the edge of the sofa, peeked over into the bassinet, got down, went outside, and was never seen again! Guess she thought she was not the baby anymore?🤔

Dogs (all breeds) are very smart and protective. They will literally lay down their life for the one they become attached to. People think I’m crazy because my 3 dogs are loved and given the best care I can find. They tell me those dogs are just spoiled and instead of spending money on them I should donate to charity! I don’t argue but I do donate to charity and my church! My kids are grown with grown kids so they don’t need my help. My dogs are my house mates and we have a good relationship. I feel like God approves because He created me with a love for His animals! These aren’t dogs with pedigrees; I inherited them through adoption and I won’t apologize for my babies! I feel sorry for people who can’t love Gods creation!! I just hope a lot of smart alecks are wrong and there are animals in the hereafter and God lets me take care of them! The Bible says there won’t be tears in heaven and if there are no animals there, it just won’t seem like heaven to me!!!

My husky alerted me to my being diagnosed with sleep disorder. 8hr sleep test only lasted 3hr as the machine noted I stop breathing 72 times in 3 hrs,they stop the test.

I had a collie that was so protective of my granddaughter when she was a baby. He would step between her and anyone who tried to pick her up.

We checked into a hotel on vacation that the rooms were beautiful. As usual, I checked the mattress for bedbugs! No bed bugs but the mattress was covered in feces, vomit, urine and fresh red blood! Our Rocky, a shih tzu would not enter the room though his leash was lying loose on the floor! He was smarter than us! On April 18, I had a heart attack! He would not leave my side and laid with me until EMTS got here. My honey had to put him in the bathroom because he was wanting to be with me! Now, if I feel bad…..he is right there just looking at me! Best dog we have EVER HAD!!!! Love💕

My husband(71) fell and ruined his right shoulder over a year ago. He couldn’t lift his arm above his waist. It took over a year to get his shoulder replaced. From the beginning our mini schnauzer/mini weeny dog, according to ver, there is nothing mini about her but her height, has been very protective of my husband. And wanting to be with him all the time. But since his surgery 3 weeks ago she has been over protective of him. She barks at me and lays across his lap when he is in the recliner and I walk towards him. She is very careful around his right arm. But when me or our other dogs even go in the same room with my husband she gets between him and whomever is goes in the room. He has to sleep in the sling so he sleeps in the recliner and she sleeps on his right side close but not touching his arm. She is very protective and can get a little aggressive with the other dogs. But we love the heck out of that precious girl !

my border collie/ lab mix stood in between a friend and me and would not let her into the house. a couple of months later I learned of lies and betrayals. she sensed the betrayal, and was protecting me. we are not longer friends.

um when I was 13 n my mother was pregnant, we had to relocate my Skipperki bc she was VERY AGGRESSIVE n wouldn't let anyone touch my mother, even before she got pregnant. She was scared that our dog would attack the baby (my sister)
