I tried monjauro. Jan 1 2025 I was 6' tall, 257 lbs and 70 yrs old. Now ad I approach 71 yrs old, I am down to 193 lbs. walk 2 miles a day, work out 4 days a week, do 200 crunches 4 days per week and actually getting abs again. feel great

I take monjauro since May of last year. I was 230 pounds. My A-1C was 7. Now I am 110 pounds and my A-1C is 4.5. I feel great! Have a whole lot of energy too. I have a Border Collie I have too keep up with. She is 8 years old. Adorable 🥰. She is my support dog. Well maybe it’s not for everyone this medication. But I don’t regret taking it. I’m diabetic .

I am on mounjaro and I am a diabetic is what this shot was made for to help with but now so many are using it for just weight loss and not diabetes and we have to wait on it because it is in such high demand . They should have to prescribe it to the diabetics before just for weight loss so we do not have to wait on it every month

your better off ,to go to the gym ,and stop so much carbs. it is the bests way . I refuse to put any drugs in my body. it can be bad effects on you.
