Hmm. Kinda quiet in the comments. I have a bigger house but it’s almost paid off and the payments are not even $1k a month. Well below. My expenses are also very low. And two paid off older cars. So get rid of what? A new, smaller far more expensive house? A new car with a new monthly payment? Help me understand what I’m missing.
