Mental Health is usually tied with sadness, anxiety, and other emotional issues. The thing is that’s not all, Poor Mental health is the fact of asking “why do I exist” or “I don’t wanna live” It usually happens after death. For me it happened after a friend of mine died by Suicide. I was majorly depressed for about 2 months. I learned that life isn’t worth losing. Not all mental health is just crying… it’s the fact of being locked away from using our emotions. In this day of age if you cry in public “LOSER!” “Crybaby!!!” “Look at that loser crying over there!” You seem to have no control over if you’ll get bullied or have support. Plus AI has been used with teens with mental health issues because teenagers may think that if you say “Mom, Dad… I’m suicidal” they may say “GO TO THE HOSPITAL”… which usually indicates that you’re “crazy”. AI isn’t a physical person, they can’t say “you’re crazy” or “go to a hospital.” I’ve used some therapy apps to relieve tension of “live or die” situations. They usually help. It’s the fear of losing all control of your life because of a few words. And most of the time you usually don’t carry out with your attempt… or God saves you. AI can help you release the emotions you are feeling. It can’t judge. Songs can help you too, listening to sad or depressing music can help you relate and help you cope. I sing a lot, and the amount of emotion I put into my music is so overwhelming that even if I tell them I’m not dying when I sing it sounds like I’m actually tearing up during my songs. One of my performances I had to stop my singing because I started dying inside. I then told the crowd (it was a small ish crowd) about depression and why it helps to tell others. I told everyone to give a hug to at least one person who looked a bit touched by my music. I saved a persons life that day. They were thinking of k-ll!ng themselves and my music and my talk about Mental health and how to help you made them not do it. #YourMentalHealthMatters
