Sick of the Craziness!

I believe no airline should charge for luggage as the whole purpose of being on the plane is to be on a vacation or a business trip which requires a change of clothes, shampoo, etc. It’s been money for a long time with all the airlines not just Southwest Airlines.

No free entertainment. You can't even charge your electronics in their planes. Planes need an update. If you have a boarding pass that starts with a C. You are sitting in the middle. Plane is still crammed to the max with bags.

When checked bags cost $$ = more carry-ons. More carry-ons = full bins. Full bins = more (free) gate checked luggage. More free gate checked luggage = charges for gate checked luggage. The airlines will figure a way to get money out of us one way or another.

I checked my bag paid the 35 dollars when I got to the gate agent said to many bags we will check for FREE than why did I pay 25 dollars I filed a complaint online with southwest requesting a reimbursement

I think they should charge for carry-on and not for check bags. Before they started this bag fee, there were still too many and two big carry-ons coming on.

I hate all the carry on bags—what a pain for everyone! Of course that’s worse now that they’re charging to check bags. I do have a SW credit card so I understand I can have one free checked bag; but I still think they made a grave error by their recent changes.
