I agree with the airlines. Travelers are bringing huge suitcases as carryons. They can’t lift them to the overhead and expect staff or other travelers to do it for them. Then they have their personal item that is as big as their suitcase. It’s time consuming while boarding and should have been stopped years ago

They’ve also canceled the early morning nonstop flights during the week from Phoenix to Oakland. Don’t they realize people have to get in early to get work done. They no longer care about anybody but themselves which will result in their total failure.

I don’t feel I owe Southwest Airlines anything because they didn’t charge for bags for years that is the reason why I’ve flown with them but now they’ve taken that reason away so it’s just as easy to go with another airline. I feel like we’ve been duped over the Almighty dollar!
