Costco’s grand opening in The Villages brought a lot of excitement, but after checking it out, I’m not totally sold on switching from Sam’s Club. Some items at Costco are cheaper, but others are surprisingly more expensive. Plus, Sam’s Club still has the edge with a lower membership fee. I’m curious if Costco will adjust their prices now that they’re competing directly. For now, my family is sticking with what we know, but it’s great to have another option in town.
