Delta Flight Drama at Atlanta Airport
Imagine sitting on your flight, ready for takeoff, and suddenly the wing clips another plane—yep, that just happened at Atlanta’s airport! Delta passengers were stuck for 4+ hours after their plane bumped another Delta jet during pushback. No one was hurt, but everyone had to deplane and wait for a new ride. Talk about travel luck! It happens on avg 1 every 6 weeks. Ground controllers not using good separation practices based on airplane size when you packing planes in like sardines trying to get to or out of a gate or wrong taxiway length / width to a parallel taxiway - TOO MANY PLANES, NOT ENOUGH SPACE AND BAD GROUND ATC MANAGEMENT

Well last week I was on a Delta flight from Korea and while backing up brakes got hot and melted tire. We had to deplane and was sent all the way to Seoul to spend the night. I thought I would never return to the USA. No more for me!!!!!!! 3 days until I could get home… Atlanta is a whole other problem( had to sleep in airport because of all the delays.) all hotels were booked!!!!!!!!!
I literally wanted to kiss the ground when I got back to the USA. !!!!!!

This airport also allow the people that take care of wheelchair or disabled passengers any way they wanted. To include cussing at them. I love flying delta but I will think twice before I fly in to Atlanta again.

They should have communicated with the pilot 🧑✈️ at all times .. our pilot told us last week on delta that we are waiting to be pushed back and that we are going to be a little late and we were satisfied
