Really like the 9 am opening. Can tell employees are hurried and ready appreciate their efforts. Costco has great employees.

When the first store opened in Federal Way, WA there was a half hour benefit. Do not remember when it stopped

Most places already open up at 9am so only thing that changed is who could shop at 9am

Of course, no additional employees are hired they have to rearrange their entire family dynamics with little notice & NO overtime

The Costco in Reno NV has always opened at 9 am. Now it only allows exec members in at 9 and regular customers at 10, so it should make it easier on employees

I’d love it if they opened at 7am since I’m an early riser (I’m sure there are some employees that might like an early shift to accommodate school schedules etc)
