Kibungan isn’t the place you go to find yourself. It’s the place that reminds you you’re still missing something, even surrounded by ridges and clouds that look like they should fix you. I came here because I thought isolation would be a cure. Instead, I watched the sun crawl over the rice terraces and realized how loud my thoughts could get when there’s no city to drown them out. The air is sharp, the silence sharper. Locals pass by with a nod, but nobody asks why you’re here. It’s beautiful, but beauty isn’t always a balm. Sometimes it’s a mirror. And sometimes, the mountains just watch you back. #Travel #TravelConfessions #MountainsAndMind
