Verizon Perk Changes? Try Threatening to Leave

Tried it didn't work. 31 years with them said nothing about loyalty, would give me a discount if I was a student, teacher, or emergency worker. Have been looking at moving on, found other companies a lot cheaper same service. I guess loyalty doesn't matter anymore!

Tried that. They told me they were sorry nothing they could do for me.

I Dumped Verizon years ago, They slowly kept jacking up the bill, now I get emails trying to lure me back, No Way Verizon!

I see all of these articles and comments about Verizon raising prices and blah blah blah. I have been with them for over 25 years and the only time my bill has changed is when I have called them to change something on my account.

in 13 months when my contract ends I'm gone! after 30 years I'm done with there B.S, and high prices.

Verizon doesn't care

I was a loyal Verizon customer for over 15 to 20 years, but slowly started see plan changes not for the best and prices increasing services admin fees & charges etc. When I would call an explain my concerns, it seemed like Verizon didn't care and customer service was not the quality I expected for price I was paying. So as hard as it was I left Verizon several years back and never looked back. I found that I saved more than half in Cell phone costs, at one point I had 4 lines. Since leaving I realized Verizon was nothing special and actually along with finding more affordable plans, many extra features were available and no loss of coverage. I encourage a one thinking about leaving to just do it you won't regret it. In fact several of our friends have followed our leave after seeing how much we save and no loss of quality of services. I guess as I say again Verizon is nothing special.

May they fall to ruin.

After 27+ years I left for AT&T. I was off contract on 2 lines with Verizon, and now my bill will be cheaper and I got brand new phones to boot. Galaxy S25 Ultras

And they got people who don’t speak English and rust they are high ver high
