well.....Royal takes care if it's loyal guests, Royal has no duty to travel agents. Travel agents if upset should charge a cancelation fee. But I personally love my free offers and hopes Royal keeps them coming!!!

I loved my casino Royale comps. Taken myself and my family two cruises a year at least. Then Covid hit. Who’s line shut down slowly started back up as I went to go look at my status. I have zero comps. I even had two free trips because I won in a slot game and a blackjack game and they will not honor them because it was before Covid so it was more than one year old so I have to start from all the way to the beginning again. But I am a diamond RCCL member. Very frustrating

That’s the cost of business. There is always time where competitors edge into your business. If casino offer go to Loyal casino customers then it has nothing to do with Travel agents. It’s not there business. These customers are sometimes more than paying for that free offer. Many people today book there own cruise anyway and there dissaponent is unfortunately there own. Royal Caribbean takes care of there guests and th free offers is something that is earned.
