The kids are all past the age where they need full-time round-the-clock nannies. And, as mentioned, there are several houses on the property within walking distance for staff. So, yes, Kate and family will have regular staff who come in every morning and leave sometime after the dinner dishes are done. Not unlike any other wealthy, upper-class family.

Their new home has a number of smaller homes around them for staff. The staff may not sleep in their home but they will have staff that cleans, gardens, cooks, shops, and takes care of the kids whenever needed.
