There should be no head scratching, this is just another example of Ballard's head in his ass decisions. He has been making them consistently for the last 10 years. Ever since he has been in Indy, he has made bad choice after bad choice and done everything in his power to keep the Colts from making the playoffs. For some reason Jim Irsay would would not fire him, but now that Jim is gone, hopefully this decision and the bad season that results from it, will finally get him fired and we will get a GM and a COACH that knows what the hell they are doing and the Colts will get back on track and get back to the playoffs.
