Ever since I was 14 I’ve struggled with my weight. They always labeled me “obese,” when in reality a lot of it was just being big-boned at a young age. I’ve been through many ups and downs with weight loss — even after gastric bypass I gained weight back, especially after having more kids.
I’m still on my journey, and for me, semaglutide has helped. I know people have a lot to say about it — side effects, negativity, judgments — but the truth is, weight loss is never easy. You have to be strict, focused, and sometimes you need a little help. If medicine is the trick and you’re healthy enough (always consult with a doctor), then take it.
At the end of the day, everyone’s journey is different. And honestly, from what I’ve heard (though I don’t know for sure), JellyRoll might even be doing it on his own without Ozempic. That’s why it’s important not to jump to conclusions or judge someone else’s choices. Focus on your own journey before trying to define someone else’s.
