Broadcast blunder leaves fans fuming

What a trainwreck of a broadcast! ESPN and MLB somehow managed to turn a marquee matchup into a circus of distractions—graphics overload, awkward commentary, and zero respect for the flow of the game. As a diehard, I just wanted to watch the Yankees and Cardinals go at it, not sit through a tech demo gone wrong. When will the suits realize fans want baseball, not gimmicks? They do not seem to realize that some of us tune in because we are fans of the game and do not appreciate gimmicks or "celebrity " guests in the booth. Please stick to the game.

Same goes with the little league world series with the lengthy awkward interviews with the parents during the game.

I last attended a game at Busch Stadium 3 years ago — And said never again! It was more like a circus between innings with some clown with a microphone — somewhere in the park. The whole experience was total bug-spit (BS)! No one is buying it... They're seeing attendance numbers not seen in 30 years! And today's numbers don't account for season ticket "NO-shows." The game is a joke. Maybe putting Pete Rose in the hall will help?
