The shipping company should be able to be held liable for the trucking company that they use. If it's your product in the truck you are liable for the trucker you choose. Then so many companies wouldn't be so anxious to shift the liability to the cheapest possible carriers no matter who they employed.

The picture they used is of a legitimate company that has been in business for well over 50 years. I was a company driver as well as an owner operator there for a combined total of 19 years.

super ego does just what the is talking about.they own the trailers and the trucks.The truck operate as a different company, they operate about six different truck companys and if one is in a bad wreck, they will change the name before you lay down to do your brake and wake up running under a different name

ok folks, all of this has to go through the FMCSA ( Federal Motor Carriers Safety Association) to get MC and DOT numbers along with the states so they should be researching this information in their databases. So if MC/DOT numbers are ran it will tell you who owns the company and contact information must be listed.
