Ever heard someone say climate change is just a natural cycle, or that global warming stopped in 1998? Science says nope! Turns out, the current warming is way faster than anything natural, and it’s definitely us burning fossil fuels. Oh, and that whole “CO₂ is good for plants” thing? .04 of the atmosphere is CO2. .11 of the .04 is attributed to humans. That means that humans contribute .0044 or 4/1000’s of the CO2. Given that the ice age, acid rain killing everything, oil didn’t run out, the ozone layer didn’t burn off I’m struggling to believe the infinitesimal amount humans contribute to CO2 in the atmosphere is causing a global warming problem. While we are at it, can someone tell me why the Antarctica ice is growing at never before seen rates?
