I own a Bolt EV and it’s perfect for commuting, saves a lot of money spent on gas. I can charge at home and it will last ten days before recharging. Fun to drive and easy to park. No issues or maintenance since I bought it in 2023, no more oil changes. Battery degradation is less than 2% a year, battery will outlast the vehicle. SUV’s and trucks get bad MPG in town while EV’s don’t use much energy in city driving. The Bolt EV has a 250 range, this is my second EV. My Volt was ten years old when I bought a 2023 Bolt because GM had cancelled it. I’m glad GM finally decided to continue the affordable Bolt EV, at less than $30k it’s a bargain.
