well,tax sucks I really hate property tax.once you pay for land ,it should be yours but the few months you own it go by fast and you immediately get a tax bill for a large amount.a big percentage of of it's value.if you are late just 1 day,they sell your land to the highest bidder on the courthouse steps to their cronys for beans then take their tax $.
he pays tax where he resides.i think it's a nother country that's not Brittan or the u.s.
