Go back to the way and things that made Cracker Barrel Famous. And get rid of the WOKE CEO and her cronies.

That is exactly what happens when a company goes woke!!! Seems like they would of learned from that queer beer bud light! Go woke, go broke!! Very simple!!

If they are close down restaurants. Because of all their change made that had customer stopping going to Crack Barrel. Because of the CEO went out of her way to insult the customer who didn't agree with her idea. Now, the employees and of these restaurants are now out of jobs. If the owner didn't pay off the he may be rent or try to own. Now they family may end up in debt. Wow. Also, the delivery company lost a business. That going to affect their employees also. BECAUSE OF A FEMALE CEO THAT THOUGH MAKE A CHANGE TO A MENU , FOOD PORTIONS AND SELL ALCOHOL, AND MAKE TO THE INSIDE AND OUTSIDE OF RESTAURANT AND SHOP WOULD MAKE IT BETTER. BY THE WAY, SHE STILL AS HER JOB WITH ALL THE BENEFITS. While Crack Barrel restaurant is now going out of business and laying off and the employees. The female CEO did a bang job of destroying a south style restaurant that a lot of people like to go to. Now they will no step foot in one.

Definitely I wouldn't eat there. Since they do have a code for serving black customers.I would be scared to eat their food . You don't know what they are doing in that racist kitchen.

restaurants were closing because it was an outdated ,mediocre restaurant with average food at best. The younger people dont want to eat at a restaurant that looks like grandma's dining room. There customer base is old and starting to die off.

Store that are closing are probably victims of bad management. Their restaurants have three managers, the general manager who's in charge overall. The country store manager and the kitchen manager. Their stores do fine. The kitchen, however, has done a very poor job. Dining there has been a crapshoot. Will the food be eatable or not? So, the kitchen manager is responsible for the food quality. The general manager oversees the kitchen activities as well. If those two managers allow garbage food to be served, the store goes under. Someone up the chain should notice an uptick in complaints and doing something about it. I know I've complained a lot about the food at our local CB restaurant, but nothing has changed.
