I live in a 1100 square foot 3 bedroom 1.5 bath house. I am happy there and only have 7 payments to go. I have friends that have bought homes in the past 3 years and are paying around 3k a month. That shit is crazy. I will stay in my small home and even after it’s paid off Then I only have to pay rent to the taxman every year for the rest of my life. I am a millennial, born in 81.

So when I bought my first house I had to buy a small home about an hour from my employer, today millennials want a large perfect house and can’t accept anything outside of 15 minutes from employer. They refuse to make sacrifices and whine about it.
