It is definitely a craft from a advanced civilization. Probably from the Galactic Federation. They are coming close to Earth to stabilize and balance before their actual arrival. And no they are NOT coming here to harm us or take our resources. They are coming here to assist humanity and to prevent the destruction of this planet. Unfortunately there will be fear mongering and attempts to attack their ships. But they have technology to bounce any threat back to the potential threat. They do have the right to protect themselves, but only will if its attacked first. And they wont be using their weapons against us, they would bounce our weapons back.
