Nissan Engine Drama: Lawsuit Alert!

Everyone save yourselves some trouble and buy a Toyota.

My 2018 Nissan Sentra does the same thing.

We have a 2023 pathfinder and it does the exact things! Throws us in neutral going down the highways. You have to pull over kill it and then start it back up and it’s like nothing happened until it happens again. When idling it will be rough and kill even if you go to drive. The engine light will be on for a day or so and go off again. Every time we bring it to the dealership it isn’t doing it so of course nothing is done. 2 weeks ago they told us it was the battery. That was changed and it continues. I have started taking pictures and videos of every time it has happened since.

I’ve had a Altima for 6 years and 180,000 miles. Love it

this isn't a new issue with Nissan I have a 2008 Sentra , so this has been going on for many years

I had a Altima that I pd $20,000 cash and 3 months later it started doing the exact same thing I went to 3/4 different places to see what the problem was and they all said they really didn’t know but it ended up costing me another 4,000 dollars and the car was never fixed so I just junked it and lost all my money the place I bought the car from told me I paid cash for it so there was nothing they could do about it.. I was left on the side of the road more than once. I was told that there is no lemon law if you pay cash money for a vehicle can someone please help me out here!!!

2014 sentry owner and my car has started having issues as well. engine shakes then it goes to showing the traction light and having no power. I have to pull off the road, shut my car off for a min then start it and have power again.

all of those rice burners are junk

I had the same issue with my 2016 Altima. had to get a new transmission. the mechanic said this has been going on but Nissan won't do anything about it

I have a 2024 Nissan Altima and this is my 2nd one - had a 2020 Altima before - no issues. Have your CVT transmission drained and filled every 30 to 50 thousand miles. Toyota 🤔 has CVT’s and so does Honda and they have had issues. 🤔Do your homework when buying a vehicle and always do your maintenance. Nissan’s 2.5 4 cylinder engine Awesome!
