Why in the world would I tip BEFORE delivery? A tip is a reward for good service. If I haven't gotten the service yet, I don't know if you get a tip.

I make it clear on these apps i tip with cash when my order arrives. And if i see fit i will tip. Some drivers have a shitty attitude so i take my food and turn around leaving them wondering. Like don't drop my food off with a miserable face looking like you hated doing the service.

I don’t go out to eat anymore. Not only is the food super expensive but then you have to tip as well. Better to just save money and stay home.

I try to tip in cash... Then the credit card company, the delivery service (i.e. door dash, Uber eats, etc) and Uncle Sam... don't take the lions share of it! So drivers need to think before jumping to the conclusion that there won't be a tip!

I think restaurant should be made to mandatorily give at least minimum wage or better to their workers forget the tips like a construction worker never gets a tip bus drivers never get a tip pay a person that a decent wage
