Thunderbolts was awesome and underrated, same with the fantastic 4, silver surfer had some of the best comic to screen action I’ve seen in a long time

maybe it because most people cannot afford the movies anymore. for 2 tickets at epic movie theaters without anything else cost around $20 if you buy popcorn and soda for two people also thats another $20. thats $40 or one year subscription to disney plus.

There have been a few very good MCU movies that... in my opinion... deserved better at the box office. And yes, Thunderbolts is absolutely one of them. The movie benefitted a great deal from the personal interactions between characters, both between other main characters and minor characters. Alexie had a couple of hard-hitters. One father/daughter moment with Yelena and one hero/victim failure with a child. I enjoyed that movie a great deal.

I just refused to pay ticket prices knowing I would be able to stream it on Disney since I’m paying for it. It wasn’t great but waaaay better than Madam Web & The Eternals.

I wish our movies were 10$, when me and the wife go alone and leave the kids were looking at 60$ with a soda popcorn and 1 candy
