Does anyone else notice that people don’t wear makeup outside of social media anymore?
I feel like whenever I'm out and about, I see so many people with no makeup on or just a very simple look. Their hair is simple, too. But then I go online, and every other picture or video is a full-on glam look, with perfect hair and a complete face of makeup. It's like there's a huge difference between how people present themselves in person versus how they do it online. When one reaches a certain age, we really don't care anymore.I stopped 2 years ago, about the same time, the menopause demon entered my body..Perhaps menopause is to blame. Life switch completely.

Guess what, some of us, don't even do social media, never post pictures, makeup on or not. Because we don't feel the need to be advertising ourselves or sharing our lives with everyone. Of course nobody does a full face for everyday errands bc all that full face makeup, contour, blush, the works LOOKS RIDICULOUS IN PERSON UP CLOSE 😆😆😆😆 It really is only good for the cameras.

I personally, work in a customer service position, with no make up, half gray hair, AND No Teeth. People love me just the same. It is what you project and how handle self. Not make up

I put my makeup on and do my hair everyday and I clean houses and businesses . your appearance makes a difference. if you don't fix yourself up to go out in public some ppl have 2nd thoughts about your cleaning abilities. I've been cleaning over 50yrs!! 💕

I used to think I needed make up to go to the store even, since I retired I might where a little make up to go to church, other than that, I wear a little lip stick and fix my hair. Some people think less is more:) We don't need to look like fake dolls:) lol
