Sometimes, that's a good thing for both sides . Not only are they waiting for a better market, but it also might help those who are looking to wait a little longer until better rates hit . So your payment won't be as big and the interest rates will be lower. Plus, if all those houses hit at the same time, they are more likely to take a fare offer.

If you’re in Washington state number one they uncapped property taxes number two corporations are buying up homes very quickly. Now when they uncapped property taxes that makes mortgages higher and the insurance higher. So we have corporations like Black rock that are buying up properties.
