hoa blocks solar panels

here's an idea. don't move into an HOA and you won't have any problems. if you've got the money to buy a house in an HOA you have the money to buy a small hunk of land with a house. I'm house hunting now and there are lots and lots of properties for sale where you don't have to deal with an HOA Karen knocking on your door telling you your grass is an inch too tall for the flowers in the pots in the front of your house or the wrong color or you put up too many decorations for holidays. find your own property.

I didn't think a HOA could block solar panels since the installation is a green energy project that reduces load on the grid.

How many times does it take a HOA to realize they can’t stop somebody from having solar panels. HOA all over the country has been sued by homeowners. HOA will not win in court.

please outlaw these hoa

HOA needs to get a life. Let these people do what they want to do with their property. Make it pretty with flowers than just what HOA people want. Wonder what their yard looks like.

That was fight in court and HOA lost it’s their house. They can do a roof what they want. HOA only owns the land.

HOAs are evil! I could never live in a place where some strangers dictate what's good for my home life.

HOA should be sued by all HOA members.
