Hamlin Sounds Alarm on NASCAR 'Gold Code'

Wow Denny Hamlin is a co-owner and driver. This is how he is, he probably is the one leaking all the information. I hope they lose their charter they don't deserve to be in NASCAR.

He becomes a bigger whiner every race. He seems to think that he has more business sense about this industry than the France family...and all he knows is how to drive a car. I don't see him with any other businesses making money.

Not been a big fan of his because of some things he says and he can dish it out but cannot take it when others race him the same way. But when it comes to NASCAR or more important The France Family I do believe that he MJ and Front Row have a point that they indeed are monopolizing the sport. There is no other major stock car racing organization. And the one that could have competed against NASCAR (ARCA) they now own. They own IMSA as well. That's why the Cup car is built the way it is. I'm a fan of stock car racing and NASCAR and want what's best for the sport. So I support the lawsuit if that is truly what's best for the sport. Not just for The France Family.

interesting those that are pro 23XI argumentwould dilute a private company after they built /bought/created and brought them to financial success enough that they have become #1,I'm wondering if the same peeps would ask for the same treatment of MJ for dominating shoe sales on the backs of slave labor, OR encourage him to start another racing series, that's the way to beat Nascar ,There are no law's requiring anyone participating in a Nascar sanctioned race, it's a choice and you have to play by their rules, Pretty Simple

The issue is, Hamlin is the biggest leaker of information public or confidential. Doesn’t matter he cannot keep his mouth shut! Sounds like Jordan is the same way!

By the time this is settled the Lawyers are going to be multi millionaires on both sides 🤔😆. Maybe the losers will have to pay the cost of the Winners for Attorneys fees and Court Cost. That will make you cry a little harder 😭.
