Never had shaking problems until last season - suddenly I'm trembling so bad the tree branch is moving. Eight years of successful bow kills, then boom, uncontrollable shakes even on does. Tried everything: deep breathing, muscle flexing, even practiced shooting after running to spike my heart rate. Nothing worked. Made my first bad shot because of it - had to track that doe for a mile the next morning and found her still alive 16 hours later. Being out of shape definitely doesn't help, but this felt different than just adrenaline. Started exercising more but still looking for solutions that actually work in the moment.
