I’m not even exaggerating. It’s this pasta dish with roasted onions and garlic. You just throw everything in a pan, roast it all until the onions are perfectly caramelized, and then mix in the pasta with some cream and fresh herbs. The flavor is absolutely insane. The onions become this super sweet, sticky, savory base, and when you mix it with the cream and Parmesan, it creates a sauce that is out of this world.
