Stop posting recipes with just ingredients. If you can’t post how to make it then just stop posting. Stop being lazy and post the whole thing.

Mix the Dry ingredients together and then the Wet ingredients and pour the Wet ingredients into the Dry mixture and stir together. Avoid over mixing the batter. Lumps are okay; over mixing develops gluten, resulting in tough pancakes. Also, once you mix your batter, leave it alone for about 5 minutes.
Stove heat should be at 375°F. Look for bubbles forming on the surface of the pancake and the edges starting to look set. This usually takes 2-3 minutes per side.
I also add a Tsp. of Vanilla Extract or Maple Extract to the wet ingredients for a more flavorful pancake.
Make a lot and place cooled pancakes in ziplock bags and place in the freezer for anyone who wants a quick breakfast, lunch or dinner.

My goodness, sometimes people can be so cruel. She didn't have to share the recipe at all. If you don't know then the same way you came up here to complain is the same way you should have asked someone up here how to mix the ingredients. How hard is it to mix all these ingredients together. God knows we need to come together and pray for peace. Stop being so mean and cruel. The only thing we have for sure in this day and time is each other. Be Thankful that you have the ingredients to make the pancakes because a lot of people don't. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Agreed! Also add in there for new cooks: Don't add any batter until you add oil, it heats up and you add a few drops of water. When they dance and evaporate, your frying pan is hot enough.

mix your flour, Baking powder, Salt in a bowl and set aside. in another bowl beat your ROOM TEMPATURE EGG until beaten well, add milk and sugar and mix till they are incorporated. Begin adding your dry ingredients to your wet ingredients and DON'T OVER MIX. When you have incorporated those two bowls add your melted butter and stir into batter. It's very important with any pancake or waffle recipe to not over beat your batter. This makes pancakes and waffles very dry and tough. One extra added footnote here is to always use room temp eggs. RT Eggs will give your batter a better lift and the pancakes will be lighter and more fluffy. Just don't overbeat the batter.
If you fry your pancakes on a Blackmon Outdoor Griddle do what you usually do to warm the skillet before cooking the batter. If indoor griddle or frying pan just do your usual steps. Pancakes do best when you start with a very small amount of fat in your pan, your pan is medium hot.

If you put a little sour cream in the batter it makes them fluffy, can't taste the sour cream either.
