how can a lower court judge stop the executive branch from continuing deportation proceedings, of illegal immigrants from the U.S.A. based on due process, if an administrative judge has already decreed acperson to be deported. to me, it smacks of political manipulation, just to impede trump.

A lot of people claim that trump is trampling on our constitutional rights while enforcing federal immigration laws. This seems to stem from protesters that are interfering with federal operations and actually attacking federal agents. Is it truly going against constitutional rights or should these protesters just stand down and stay out of the way?
