I went to San Francisco last month expecting the “Golden Gate magic.” Instead, I saw tents, needles, and people screaming on Market Street. My $300-a-night hotel had a homeless camp right outside. Locals told me, “It’s normal now.” How did one of the richest states in America turn into this? I felt guilty taking photos because it felt like photographing tragedy. People keep saying “it’s a housing crisis,” but come on — there’s money here, there’s just no management. If this is the “future of America,” it’s not the one I want to visit again. #Travel #America
