I believe that any funds should be strictly used for a child to get good nutrition, not the parent getting money to spend on cigarettes, which I’ve seen. That’s not food!!! 😡.. I was on a program called WIC, and it was strictly just for food, which is how it should be. Children need good nutrition and they should get it.
