Sister Drama at the Airport!

I would have boarded if I was traveling for Business; waited if it was Personal. I did that exact thing on one of my Business trips when my spouse’s Business trip schedule coincided with mine. He didn’t miss the flight, but he boarded too late to claim a space for his bag and they had to Gate Check it. He was initially miffed that I didn’t wait to board with him, but less so when he realized that there was no room for his bag. And I was miffed that we had to go to baggage claim when we reached our destination. When I was in Travel Warrior mode, I had an established routine…no deviations. I was so tempted to say, “Why didn’t you go to the potty before we left?”, but I didn’t want to add fuel to the fire.
