This hurts.. One of my employees just explained to me that her daughter who was born with a disability heas been told this would be her last month in a apartment in a building that was built for people with disabilities. Without state assistance her job isn't enough to live on. The family has worked so her to help her to become independent now this. Her mom's condo doesn't have enough room for her and the medical equipment she needs everyday. They've spoken with her case worker and nothing. I'm giving her the rest of the month off and an opportunity to work at home. This is a short term. How will this young lady and other's with disabilities survive, how?
