Don’t quite know what to think of that post. Princess Margaret was Queen Elizabeth’s sister. She was never styled as The Princess Royal, but was still addressed as Princess Margaret. Charlotte won’t have any title, until Princess Anne dies?? Am curious to know why Charlotte won’t have any title.

She'll still be Princess. Then after Anne passes, she has the opportunity to become Princess Royal, IF her father, the King, bestows it upon her.

She'll always be a Princess, born into the family. As the only daughter of Prince William, when Princess Anne passes, Charlotte will get the Princess Royal title. There's talk about Prince William changing some traditions, so time will tell.
