Duchess Meghan had a big IV in her left arm with IV fluids hanging in the background near her hospital bed. She also was wearing a hospital ID band in the video. Medical workers do not place medical devices like an IV in a patient’s arm for no reason. She had the IV in her left arm to place medication in to help induce labor and to give her IV fluids. She was pregnant with Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet Diana.
