How do they know 100% where these boats come from then? If that’s the case, why not tell the country they knew where the boats came from that if they don’t do anything,we will,instead of wasting our resources on stopping them. And here’s something else: how do we know all of these boats are drug boats just because they came out of a country? If we knew 100% that they were drug boats, then why didn’t we stop them before they hit international waters? This is where diplomatic relations with countries comes into play. A lot of these issues can be stopped long before they arise.
