it doesn't matter what gender(s) the identifies with in any situation, especially this one, that involves one human being touching another. What is important here is that the paying customer feels uncomfortable with a particular person searching them. It's not too much to ask to be comfortable when being searched. This person is possibly a POS who just refuses to acknowledge the preferred gender identity of this person, and THAT is not ok. But we have a duty as humans not to agree with someone's opinion, but to understand that they feel the way they feel. Then, communicate logically and rationally to understand eachother's perspective.
