Think of how many people would, at same time, would be saved and lose their jobs. If a cancer cure exists it would wipe out a lot of jobs cause hospitals to close.

Obviously greed is an issue, but this world is also unsustainable, with the rate of population growth we have! Can you imagine what this world would look like, without everyone dying from cancer, and aids, etc. It's terrible, but a reality!
