So we’re told that a war on drugs calls for blowing boats out of the water, double taps on one boat. How is that consistent with the capture and release of two survivors, from another engagement, without interrogation to learn about their network? Why could not they capture and release the ones double tapped on September 2nd? And if we’re focused on drug wars, why was the former Honduras president, convicted and in prison for trafficking billions of dollars of cocaine into the US, recently pardoned by trump?
