anyone that's been getting SSI knows this. it's been like this for years. I started getting mine in 2016 and it's 2025 and every year it's been the same. I wish they would stop acting like were getting something extra cause we're not. beginning of December is the December payment and at the end of before January 1st is always the January payment because the first is a holiday. and it's always been like that so no surprise and nothing extra. anytime the 1st is a holiday or on Saturday or Sunday it's the last Friday of the month
