I’ve never been able to get a hold of anyone to get my ID number for my reward number or get a hold of anybody to find out any information on how to file. All the information I find and and numbers I try are no good and my AT&T carrier claims they can’t help me so I don’t know how to file. I’ve been with AT&T forever!
