Yes their lives matter most of them have serious problems some of them may have no choice too be homeless instead of judging them how about helping them instead just saying 🤔

Wouldn't be under the bridge if KARM didnt enable them. The Knoxville police allow open air drug sales under that bridge. Dry up the drugs and the homeless will leave on their own.
