Working together they have a very good idea of not only a targets cargo, but it's intentions long before our Navy vessels are even seen.

this is all great information on surveillance, detection, etc etc. Enemy combatants, international waters 💧. it all comes down to the fact that Trump and hegseth designated them as narco terrorists so they could be justified in murdering the people on the boats even though they knew they weren't heading for the USA. the laws in international waters are different than if they were in "our" waters, but trump uses bs to circumvent the rules of law as he does when violating the constitution and our laws. 👍👍👍 there is no justification for what he's doing regardless of what excuses you make for him.
