Interstate Borders such as Toll booths & Airports can Easily be Upgraded to X Ray/ Physically inspect for Weapons at Borders where States Have Rejected the Presence Of Guns ( Most Americans have Nothing to do with them, Leaving Civil Protection to Police, National Guard, Etc. Per Statistics) Other States Such Idaho, Texas, Florida Will Cling to the unevolved perspective & Insistance that gun ownership will Protect the Population, Even though Statistics show a Higher Death Rate... We Realize that Criminals will still try to use Guns in states where they would be Outlawed The Charges for this would be added to the Crimes Committed... Those are government FBI statisticsif you take away five Democrat cities in five Democrat states with the strictest gun laws in the country, the United States becomes the third safest country in the world even with 400 million firearms you take away Oakland, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Baltimore, and New York out of our equation and where are the safest country in the world with all those guns maybe the Democrats need to police the young liberal minority.
